Domenic Staltari is the founder and C.E.O. at Togo.  Having been in the construction industry for more than 25 years, Domenic has devoted his life to the betterment and specialization of design , planning, and historical construction. He has provided leading construction management services for residential and commercial projects for more than two decades. Domenic continues to be committed to ensuring that every project undertaken is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. 

Domenic comes from an Italian immigrant family and legacy.  His Grandfather Domenic and Great Uncle Frank set sail aboard a steel passenger vessel and immigrated to Canada from Italy in 1925. They docked at Halifax's notorious harbor where their names can be found on the historic pier along with Canadas' first Italian immigrants etched in history forever.  They lived and worked in Thunder Bay, Ontario until his grandfather decided to re-settle the family in Toronto in 1965.

Togo  was the lead sled dog of musher Leonhard Seppala and his dog team in the 1925 serum run to Nome  across central and northern Alaska. Despite covering a far greater distance than any other lead dogs on the run, over some of the most dangerous parts of the trail, his role was left out of contemporary news of the event at the time, in favor of the lead dog for the last leg of the relay, Balto. It took nearly 100 years for this to be corrected and honor to be restored to Togo and his musher Seppala.

Deemed at first a mere troublemaker, before being identified as a natural born leader and prodigy, Togo had already shown extreme feats of dedication and tenacity as a puppy. As an adult, Togo continued to show monumental abilities of intelligence, endurance, and leadership saving the lives of his team and musher on more than one occasion.
